Everything you need to know before picking up your trailer. Simple, straightforward and built to make renting easy.

Our pickup process is convenient for you. You don't need an appointment. Once we have your information, we'll provide you with a gate code and you can pick up your trailer anytime between 6 AM and 11 PM.

You'll need valid ID, you'll sign the rental contract online using your phone, and a $100 deposit is required.

Pickup is at 22 Nature Park Way, Winnipeg, behind IKEA.

Nope. None of our trailers currently exceed the limits requiring a Class 3 licence. You are responsible for ensuring your vehicle is properly equipped and capable of safely towing the trailer you rent.

Yes. Once your booking is confirmed and you've received your gate code, you can pick up your trailer anytime between 6 AM and 11 PM.

If you need the trailer longer than originally booked, contact us as soon as possible. Extensions are subject to availability.

You are responsible for confirming that your vehicle has the required towing capacity, hitch equipment, electrical connection and braking capability for the trailer you're renting.

Please contact us if you think you'll be late returning your trailer. Late returns may be subject to additional rental charges and can affect the next customer's booking.
